1. Acceptance

By signing up and using DailyMood, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Provide accurate, current information.
You're responsible for keeping your password safe.
One person per account — no account sharing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DailyMood to:

Violate Thai law or other people's rights
Post illegal content, hate speech, or content that harms others
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to break the system
Abuse our AI for purposes outside the app (e.g. using us as a free AI service)
Create fake accounts or impersonate others

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Pro subscription

Pro is billed monthly (฿99/mo) or yearly (฿949/yr) via Stripe — it auto-renews.
Cancel anytime from your Subscription page in Profile. You keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Prices may change — we'll give at least 30 days' notice.
No refunds for periods already used, except where required by Thai law.

5. Your content

Your mood entries, notes, and photos in DailyMood belong to you. We don't claim ownership. You grant us only the minimum rights needed to display and process your data so the app can work.

6. Disclaimers

DailyMood is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service reliable but can't guarantee it'll be free of bugs or outages.

Important: DailyMood is not a medical, psychiatric, or therapy service. AI insights and any in-app content are observational only, not medical advice. If you're experiencing a serious mental-health issue, please contact a qualified professional. In Thailand, the Mental Health Hotline is 1323.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms over time. For significant changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app at least 30 days in advance. You can delete your account anytime from Settings.
